Occupy

While others generate
blizzards of protesting signs,
I obsess over the
ramifications of gender
dysphoria and
relationships
self perception and
expectations.
How can this be?
How can this be?
How can this be?
Unacceptable, deceived,
deluded, and compulsive,
I march my solitary declaration
of indecisiveness.

  2. I agree with Margaret and you about indecisiveness (so do politicians - LOL), and I also think that different people focus on different things/ issues; and that's all right. Thanks for 'jamming.'

  5. I SO LOVE this poem. I enjoy the honesty of indecision in the face of so many militant voices who sound so certain. A wonderful read!

  6. I sometimes find myself totally befuddled by the "outside" world covered in the newspapers. Honestly, I'm just a small person trying to live my small life victoriously in the course of each small day. That's what I hear in the poem you've written.

  7. How can we change the world if we don't remember to think of ourselves once in a while? March on, sister! *big smile*
