The tree of good and evil
Now the sorrowfulness comes
innocence and happiness
gone in a blink as
one takes the bite and
abdicates responsibility for
the choice.
The other is forlorn.
It's not the one you think. (Written for Magpie Tales, Mag 83, 9/19/11)
